The tour involved viewing departments of set-building, prop and costume making and set construction, all of which happen on site in one of the largest repertoire theatres in the country. Students learnt a great deal about the process of theatre making, not just from an acting point of view, but from a design and construction perspective, which of course is so crucial to the life of theatre-making.

Students thoroughly enjoyed the day and absorbed all that they were told with excellent focus. A really great trip!
