Reflect and Renew:Our Christmas Celebration
Last night Hampton Academy's Christmas Celebration was a festival of the many talents possessed by our students and staff.
It was a truly inclusive event that was performed by students and staff from each of our three colleges and every year group was represented. A full auditorium were enthralled by intricate dance performances, festive songs by our Key Stage Three choir, performances by both our Steel Pans Band and Academy Orchestra, drama performances, seasonal readings and staff performances by our staff choir and soloist. It was a magical evening that was a worthy climax to the Autumn term. On behalf of the Students and Staff of Hampton Academy, have a very merry Christmas.space  Our Kipling Dance Club performed a dance inspired by themes of the season space  Year 10 Students Sang Some Festive Favourites space  The Hampton Academy Orchestra included students from all three colleges and were accompanied by staff members from across the Academy space  The Staff Choir began rehearsals many weeks ago. It paid off with a captivating performance. space  The Hampton Academy Steel Pans Band followed their recent public performances with another terrific medley of festive hits space  The Key Stage Three Choir stole the hearts of the audience with their beautiful singing space  Mr. Ovenden's moving 'Ave Maria' left the audience moved.
