New Academy Build Update
Project Update
Hello, I am Steve Olajide and am part of the Leadbitter construction team who are building the new school buildings at Hampton Academy. I meet regularly with Mr. Hayes and other members of staff at the Academy to give them updates on the progress of the project and will now be writing on your school webpage so students, parents, carers and friends of Hampton Academy can keep up-to-date with how the project is going. ![]()

Which buildings are you making at the moment? We have commenced the Met-Sec framing on the two lower college buildings which is the first stage of the external cladding. We are also currently in the process of constructing building F which is identified as the performing arts studio extension. This work is visible in the current Performing Arts rooms. What has been finished already? The current car park being used by visitors to the academy was completed as per programme on 9th September 2011. ![]()
