On Friday 4th February 84 students in year 9 attended a “Languages in Business" workshop organised by the Language Faculty in partnership with HSBC bank. All students enjoyed and participated well in the activities which put to the test the students´ language skills and as well as their broader knowledge on countries, cultures and the business world.
From the feedback received, it is clear that our students valued this unique experience of working with young people from the business world and found it very enjoyable and rewarding. Hopefully, this will encourage them to carry on studying languages at KS4.
