HA NEWS Team

The HA News Team are a group of over 40 students from all year groups who work collaboratively to report on school events and local news.

We create written and moving image news reports for students, parents and carers and members of our community to enjoy.

The Hampton Academy YouTube channel is updated regularly with videos that showcase the talent and endeavor displayed by our students.

The HA News Team work in conjunction with the BBC News School Report. Students and staff receive training from BBC professionals and we take part in the BBC School Report News Day each year as schools from all over the country submit stories to the BBC website and news channel.
