On the 18th of November a group of Year 8 and Year 9 Gifted and Talented Drama students went to see ‘The Railway Children´ at Waterloo Station in London. Set on an old train track of the former Eurostar site, the audience were seated both sides of the track and very much became part of the theatrical storytelling.
 The production even involved a real steam train that was used on the set of the original 1970 film version of ‘The Railway Children´. The students gained a lot from the experience of seeing this classic story brought to life on stage. |
