Welcome to Hampton Academy

We are an 11-18 academy that offers a personalised, stage not age curriculum for students of all abilities. We believe that through clear and challenging goals we will help our students learn more than they thought possible. From September 2013 we will include a sixth form for students in our community.

HIGHLIGHTS of the WEEK
Last Thursday we held our first instrumental soloists' lunchtime Music Recital in the new auditorium, where the excellent accoustics enhanced the performances. This very enjoyable occasion was well attended by staff and students. Warm congratulations go to our five soloists Ben Burnham (Year 7 - trumpet); Zoe Gahn (Year 7 - violin); Emma Crook (Year 8 - clarinet); Jia-Hao Low (Year 9 - viola); Amy Marshall-Clerc (Year 9 - flute). All five musicians were accompanied beautifully by our music tutor Ana Arnold, who commented afterwards on how hard the soloists had worked in order to bring their performances up to standard.
